• Tata Steel Limited — 31 Aug 2026: Tata Steel completed the sale of its entire 100% stake in wholly owned subsidiary Jamshedpur Football and Sporting Private Limited to Churchill Brothers Sports Club Private Limited on August 31, 2026. The transaction followed the share purchase agreement announced on August 14 and required conditions including approvals from the All-India Football Federation. JFSPL has consequently ceased to be a Tata Steel subsidiary.

• Eicher Motors Limited — 04 Sep 2026: Royal Enfield, a division of Eicher Motors, launched the Himalayan 440 at the Himalayan Basecamp in Ladakh on September 4, 2026. The motorcycle has a 443cc long-stroke engine, six-speed gearbox, 25.4 bhp output and 34 Nm torque, and is priced from ₹2,29,000 ex-showroom. Bookings opened on September 4 through authorised dealerships and the company’s website.

• Cipla Limited — 03 Sep 2026: Invagen Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cipla, entered an exclusive licensing and supply partnership with Qilu Pharmaceutical for QL2107, a biosimilar to Keytruda (pembrolizumab), in the United States. Qilu will handle development, regulatory registration and supply, while Cipla USA will commercialise the product. Any launch is subject to regulatory approval.

• Max Healthcare Institute Limited — 03 Sep 2026: Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, inaugurated a new 400-bed tower on September 3, 2026, with Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah officiating.
